Courteous Service, They know what you are talking about and they ACTUALLY HELP YOU with your project or out of your problem. They have It all. Whether Steve is in the plumbing department today or the hardware dept. tomorrow or the paint or tool dept. the next day, he can help you. Hardware....I haven't found anything that they didn't have.
